Our sincere thanks go out to the volunteers, neighbors, and generous donors who contributed to another successful food drive. With the Bow Valley Food Bank entering the holiday season with critically low supplies, the timing of this year’s event was especially important. Together, we collected nearly 8,000 lbs. of food and close to $2,000 in cash donations—are markable display of community support. This event is always a highlight for us, bringing together so many volunteers, fellow agents, families, and community members in a true “all hands on deck” effort. Each year, our aim is to canvass the entire town of Canmore, going door-to-door to gather donations. It serves as a powerful reminder of why we are so proud to live here: when the community calls, the Bow Valley rallies. A special thank you goes to The Shrine Church of Our Lady of the Rockies for providing such an excellent space, and to the Canmore Eagles, Head Coach Andrew Milne, multiple minor hockey teams, and all additional volunteers for their tremendous help with organization and heavy lifting. If you were unable to participate but would still like to contribute, donations may be dropped off at our office.
Market Watch: Strong November Performance As fall transitioned into winter, the real estate market continued to show strength. Traditionally a quieter period, November outperformed both 2024 and 2023, with higher sales activity than expected. With serious buyers remaining active through the holiday season and into January and February, this period presents a unique opportunity for sellers who might typically wait until spring to list their properties.
