Year over year sales numbers for September 2016 were 29% above Sept 2015 and year over year our third quarter of 2016 is more than 50% stronger than the 3rd quarter in 2015.We are seeing some consistency in the days on market and sale prices from the second quarter in 2016. The total number of listing sold for the 1st 3 quarters of 2016 is 412 which is 4 % higher than all of 2015 which saw 396 listings sell, 2016 will end up being a very very strong year.
