it over 75 vendors every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from May through to October at Elevation Place. The Canmore Mountain Market has been a summer tradition for over twenty-five years.
Visitors and locals are treated to an excellent selection of locally and regionally produced items including fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, jams and coffee. The market also offers unique crafts, art, clothing, jewelry and other artisanal products.
Patrons can experience the market rain or shine, sip on a coffee, enjoy the live music and peruse the vendors – all with a beautiful mountain backdrop.

NADGT Canada Exclusive: Canmore Nordic Center
Amateur level disc golf tournament involving 18 groups of 4 players all starting on the course at the same time on each hole location (Shotgun start) and playing two rounds with a lunch break in between.
The event will be sanctioned by the Professional Disc Golf Association and supported by the National Amateur Disc Golf Tournament.
August 10th 2025 – starting at 9am.

Friday Night Comedy: Brittany Lyseng
Brittany Lyseng is a nationally touring Stand-Up Comedian, Writer, and Podcaster. Her comedy career began after 12 years as a tradesman with the desire to lift less and laugh more, and in turn has become one of the Canadian industry’s fastest-rising stars. She has been seen on CTV’s Roast Battles Canada, CBC’s New Wave of Stand-Up Comedy, Kevin Hart’s LOL Network, and CTV’s The Stand-Up Show with Jon Dore, as well as making appearances on CBC Radio’s The Debaters.
Released in 2019, her first album Going Up debuted at #1 on iTunes and was followed by appearances at three Just For Laughs festivals (Montreal, JFL 42 in Toronto, and Vancouver’s JFL Northwest). Most recently she was featured in Reader’s Digest magazine and was graced with a 2022 Canadian Screen Awards nomination.

34th Annual Canmore Highland Games
The Canmore Highland Games are in the works for Aug. 30 & 31, 2025. There will be 2 full days of Celtic celebrations and the Rollin Drones will be joining again for the Canmore Ceilidh!
Certain aspects of the games are so well known as to have become emblematic of Scotland, such as the bagpipes, the kilt, and the heavy sports, especially the caber toss. While centered on competitions in piping and drumming, dancing, and Scottish heavy athletics, the games also include entertainment and exhibits related to other aspects of Scottish and Celtic culture.
