Visit over 75 vendors every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from May through to October at Elevation Place. The Canmore Mountain Market has been a summer tradition for over twenty-five years.
Visitors and locals are treated to an excellent selection of locally and regionally produced items including fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, jams and coffee. The market also offers unique crafts, art, clothing, jewelry and other artisanal products.

Relentless 24 – The Rockies’ 24-Hour Endurance Run – June 21st to 22nd
The RELENTLESS 24 is the Rockies’ 24-hour Endurance Run. This ultra-running event is set in the heart of the Bow Valley at the Canmore Nordic Centre. Pristine single-track trails, wide double-track and stellar views await the intrepid soloists and teams of runners who take up the challenge of running for 24 hours!
It’s a pretty simple concept. Run as far as you can in 24 hours following the flagged course. A day-time loop and a night-time loop will be the perfect opportunity to test those endurance legs, set a new PR or simply see how far you can run.
The course is still being designed, but you can expect all the beauty the Canmore Nordic Centre has to offer (and in the neighbourhood of 5-7km loops) – pristine rolling single track, wide double track and a mix of the best up and down.
Registration is open. Register as a soloist, teams of 2, 5, or a corporate team of 6-10.

WildSmart Training with CYAN – June 24th
Heading out into the wild this summer? Make sure you’re prepared. Join CYAN and the Biosphere Institute for a hands-on WildSmart Training session designed to help you stay safe in bear country.
These sessions arm participants with the knowledge and skills to be WildSmart in the Bow Valley. You’ll get comfortable carrying and deploying bear spray before you find yourself in a high-pressure situation — including the chance to practice on a life-sized bear silhouette to better understand the effective range of your spray.
Perfect for hikers, campers, and anyone spending time in nature.
The event takes place from 06:00 PM to 07:30 PM.
Event may be subject to cancellation if they do not receive enough registrations, so please register ahead by June 17th to secure your spot.
